Brief: Newly-launched games supplier Ganapati Malta wanted to make a splash at ICE 2017 while bringing a little bit of Japanese cool to the show. The firm engaged Square in the Air in the period leading up to the conference to ensure the industry was familiar with the brand ahead of the big launch.
Result: Square in the Air moved to build the brand-awareness of Ganapati via a series of thought leadership articles in key industry publications including iGaming Business, eGaming Review and iNTERGAMINGi. We also leveraged Ganapati’s sponsorship of London Baby to secure coverage in a number of other important publications, including SBC News.
At ICE, SITA was on hand at the Ganapati stand, which was a hub of activity as delegates stopped by enjoy sushi, sake and music. We brought several industry journalists to meet Ganapati directors Richard Hogg and Mitsuya Fujimoto and discuss how Ganapati was bringing a fresh, Japanese approach to games design.
The result was a range of coverage which has helped Ganapati onto a number of significant commercial deals in the months since the conference.
