Brief: Great British Racing wanted to create a B2C PR stunt around the 2017 Grand National at Aintree.
Result: SITA’s idea was to create an app similar to Tinder – but for race horses, giving punters a fun way to find their pick in the National.
GBR took on the design of the ‘Mane Match’ app, while SITA focused on writing the content, preparing for the launch, and ensuring maximum coverage in the media.
This ensured a perfect match for GBR at the Grand National, with 500,000 in-game engagements and over 30,000 unique sessions. Thanks to SITA’s involvement, punters swiped right on GBR’s digital campaign.
