PR Account Manager

BIOGRAPHY

Role:

Due to an exciting period of growth, we are looking for a highly ambitious PR Account Manager / Senior Account Manager to work on some of our most prestigious, well-known consumer-facing clients

Key responsibilities and requirements

• End-to-end management of PR and marketing campaigns on behalf of a range of clients
• Campaign creation, planning, strategy, delivery and reporting
• Extensive media and client liaison
• Producing and placing high quality content
• Idea generation
• Management of Account Executives alongside other Account Managers
• Play an important role in the new business process (from idea creation to pitching)

The candidate:

• Three to five years’ PR experience (agency or in-house)
• Excellent contacts across a range of publications, broadcasters, and influencers
• Great communicator and comfortable in client-facing situations
• Commercial astuteness with a business mind
• Digitally savvy and creative
• A love for writing and constructing high quality content
• Passion for sport
• Knowledge of horse racing and betting preferred

Working Environment

• Hours: 8.30am-6.00pm
• Willingness to work weekends and outside of office hours at sporting events (time off in lieu)
• Dress code: relaxed (unless formal event or meeting)

Salary and Package

• Salary TBC (dependent on experience)
• Company pension and bonus scheme (subject to passing three month probationary period)
• Work-related travel and expenses covered
• 22 days’ holiday per annum
