And the award goes to…
The momentum in the lead-up to ICE and during the event itself was quickly replaced by the rush of award entries with submission portals opening for the likes of the SBC North America Awards, CasinoBeats Game Developer Awards, the Women in Gaming Awards and the EGR B2B Awards. The respective shortlist announcements in April prompted celebrations across our clients who were recognised in numerous categories. Additionally, the awards were cause for internal celebrations too as we were shortlisted in the new PR Firm of the Year category in the EGR B2Bs.

Lighting up Liverpool with William Hill ahead of the Grand National
Body: William Hill are the Official Betting Partner of the Grand National Festival – but rather than use this sponsorship to aggressively push for customer acquisition, we wanted to create a statement activation in the race’s home city that would excite racing fans and casuals alike ahead of the world’s most famous horse race.
Working with a projection partner, we created a powerful 4-minute film projected onto St Johns Beacon in Liverpool city centre – complete with audio and 3D elements – with assets captured on-site distributed for PR, Social and Influencer use to build the biggest splash ahead of the event.
As for results, we reached 1.4m users across three social platforms while receiving 79k engagements, ensuring we were able to make a substantial splash across both the @WilliamHill and @WillHillRacing channels on the week of the event.
Our video and image assets were also featured in a collection of top-tier racing, national and industry media including Racing Post, At The Races, Racing TV, Daily Mirror, Daily Express, Independent, Yahoo, MSN and PR Week.

Cheltenham Festival Previews for Star Sports
A great example of the all-round marketing service Square in the Air can provide for our clients is the recent work we did for Star Sports around the Cheltenham Festival.
Our talented design team covered a range of deliverables such as printed preview guides, animated affiliate banners, social media graphics, in-shop retail screens and much more.
We produced the videos in two ratios, one suitable for Instagram reels and one for youtube, these contained animated assets to highlight Davy Russell’s selections in the races as well as dividing scenes to separate the races within the long-forms.

White Label Casino Office Shoot
Our video team jetted off to Malta in April for an exciting project with our client, White Label Casinos who wanted to create a few videos for their social media. During the two days, we shot at their Malta office, capturing both the serious side of their business and a few lighter moments. Of course, in true White Label Casinos style it couldn’t all be business; we also shot another fun team video at an offsite location.

On the run-up to Brazilian iGaming Summit / BiS SiGMA Americas in April we had the pleasure of hosting industry giants OpenBet, Altenar, and Xtremepush on iGFM. The discussion explored the dynamic landscape of iGaming, sharing insights, and anticipating the exciting prospects of the event.
