Square in the Air visited Bandai Namco's game machine warehouse with three clear objectives. Explain how the Wincha mechanic works and simplify it for viewers who needed to understand it. Demonstrate the quality and care that goes into every machine. And deliver content versatile enough to run across their website, social channels and sales activity. As a specialist in regulated sports environments, Square in the Air understood both the creative opportunity and the audience, customers who needed clarity before they'd commit.
Two films. Each doing a distinct job.
The first broke down the Wincha game mechanic clearly and directly. How it works. What makes it different. No misdirection, no fluff, just the information the audience actually needed.
The second followed the machine's full life cycle: warehouse preparation, quality checks, final delivery. Shot in documentary style. The kind of footage that doesn't just show a product, it vouches for it.
Together, the films took shape as a product story and a brand proof point.
Bandai Namco left with a content library deployable across their website, social channels and sales collateral. The films educated audiences, increased transparency around the production process and gave every channel something worth running. And the footage did something rarer, it gave a gaming machine a personality and left a brand with nothing to hide.
