The Brief

After operating successfully for more than eight years through a subscription-based mailer platform and a loyal niche audience, Five Minute Winners approached us to lead a complete brand and digital transformation.

The objective was to reposition the business for scalable online growth by creating a modern identity, a fully redesigned website, and a digital presence capable of connecting with a younger, social-first audience aged 18-24. Our role went far beyond visuals. This was about evolving an established business into a contemporary digital brand while preserving the credibility and trust built over years of success.

Brand Strategy & Identity

Driven by audience insight, market research, and creative exploration, we developed three distinct creative routes designed to appeal to the target demographic while maintaining the authority already associated with the brand.

Following a structured feedback and validation process, we refined and selected a final identity that balanced credibility, energy, and scalability across digital platforms.

Alongside the brand identity, we created a comprehensive set of brand guidelines covering logo usage, typography, colour, motion, and digital implementation, giving the business a clear framework for future growth.

Website Design & Development

The existing website served its purpose functionally but lacked the user experience and conversion-focused structure needed to engage a modern audience.

Using the new brand identity as a foundation, we designed and developed an entirely new platform built around a seamless customer journey, integrated sign-up and payment functionality, and promotional tools such as discount code and trial-access integration.

Following extensive development, optimisation, and testing, the platform launched as a polished and scalable digital experience built for long-term growth.

 

Social Media Launch & Content Strategy

Alongside the website build, we launched the brand’s social presence early to build awareness ahead of launch.

Following market and competitor research, we developed a platform-native content strategy featuring recurring formats such as acca previews, acca swerves, correct score selections, long-shot features, and reactive matchday content, all designed to engage a younger audience while reinforcing credibility.

The result was a cohesive digital ecosystem, positioning Five Minute Winners with a stronger brand, a modern online presence, and a scalable foundation for continued growth.
