B2C Diary October 2025
Account Executive Ed Imi looks back on the B2C team’s best bits of work from October.
Jumps racing returns with a bang
October saw the racing codes switch as the Jumps season kicked into gear. And nowhere was that more front and centre than at Cheltenham for the William Hill Showcase Meeting.
SITA’s B2C racing team were on hand to activate the leading bookmaker’s sponsorship of the two-day meeting, a first for William Hill at Prestbury Park. With Harry Skelton bursting through the NFL-style walk-out sign, held by William Hill ambassadors Sir Anthony McCoy and Barry Geraghty, the National Hunt season was very much up and running.

William Hill Sports Book of the Year Award 2025 Shortlist Announcement

With the William Hill Sports Book of the Year Awards ceremony looming at the end of November, members of our B2C team were busy in October putting in the work to secure coverage for the shortlist announcement after months of preparation.
Placing media interviews with panel members such as Clarke Carlisle and shortlisted authors Pippa York and David Walsh alongside our targeted national and regional press releases, we managed to secure coverage in major publications around the UK such as The Independent, The Irish Times, The Scotsman, TalkSPORT and The Lancashire Telegraph to name but a few.
After his recent knighthood, Jimmy Anderson’s book Finding The Edge has been listed, alongside six other books featuring two-time winner of the award, Donald McRae, for The Last Bell.
SITA Cheltenham Sponsorship

SITA once again sponsored the squareintheair.com Handicap Chase at Cheltenham’s Showcase Meeting. Members of the B2C team hosted media and clients on the day and CEO Ben Cleminson awarded the trophy to Harry Skelton for the second year running, after he achieved consecutive wins in the race aboard Calico.
B2C’s Jamie Woollen wrote up a preview of the race for the SITA website, while the whole company weighed in to offer their verdicts. With just 17% correctly picking the winner, there’s sure to be an inquiry within the racing team!
SITA (belated) Summer Party
To blow off some steam after the busy summer months, SITA headed to Padel Box in Bermondsey to battle it out on court in a round-robin format. After a gruelling few hours on the court, B2C’s own Luke Duffy and the social team’s Morgan Harvey came out on top in the final.
We recently enjoyed a VERY competitive Autumn party at Padel Box Bermondsey. 🎾
Congratulations to Morgan Harvey and Luke Duffy who fought through a packed field to become our champions.
